Programs

Programs are offered for all ages, from preschoolers to seniors. You can find Exploration and Music classes for your little ones, Athletic and Academic classes for your kids and teens, and all types of Dance (Tango, Line Dancing, and Ballroom), Music (Sing the Best of Broadway) and Fitness classes (Aerobics, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Zumba) for you. Additional unique programs are offered: Passport to Retirement, Pickleball, Lawn Bowling, Taiko Drumming and so much more!

Our Programs are offered all year round and catalogs are distributed five times a year (with the four seasons plus an additional summer camp session). Classes are scheduled in 4 - 12 weeks sessions with an additional BOOST! program for drop-in exercise.

 

Boost! – Adult Fitness 

Our Adult Fitness Program BOOST! just keeps getting better and better. We recently added two new classes: Barre Sculpt and a new fitness class for seniors. Please check the schedule below for times and locations. Purchased Passes can be used at any of the listed workouts on the calendar. Purchase a book of 10 passes and get a discount that works out to $7.50 per class ($6.50 for seniors and students). Boost offers great workouts and plenty of variety and an amazing price. Review the calendar below and if you are still unsure, stop by a community center to find out about our offering for a free 3-day pass.

Please note that Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used by a single member.
