Update on Louis and Ross Road Traffic Improvements Underway Published on October 28, 2020 The City of Palo Alto will work to address traffic circulation improvements at the intersection of Ross Road and E Meadow Drive and intersections of Moreno Ave, Fielding Avenue and Amarillo Avenue on Louis Road. The work is anticipated to be performed from November 9 - 13, 2020.
