Special Interest / BOOST! Classes

• A required membership pass can be purchased from Enjoy! Online. 
• A membership is $65 for 10 classes for individuals 60 and older, or $75 for 10 classes for individuals 59 and under.
  You can participate in any of the listed classes with the membership.* 
• *Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can only be used by a single member. You have 12 months from the time of purchase to use up your passes before they expire.  
• For current BOOST! members: if you have your Boost! member number, feel free to drop into any in-person class of your choosing. If you prefer to take a virtual class, please email the instructor your name and member number and let them know you are requesting to join their next session. If you do not have your member number, please email LSCC@cityofpaloalto.org to get your member number and be connected to the instructor(s). Instructor emails are noted below.
• The virtual meetings will be held on Zoom. You will need a tablet or computer/laptop that can access the internet, play video, and has sound. You can test that your device and sound will work with Zoom by clicking on this link: https://zoom.us/test
• The instructors for the virtual programs will let you know if their workout will need any “at home” exercise equipment to improve the quality of the workout provided (i.e. a belt or tie to help with stretches, a chair for balance, etc.).

• Programs are offered for all ages, from preschoolers to seniors. You can find exploration and music classes for your little ones, athletic, academic, or cooking classes for your kids and teens, all types of dance (Tango, Line Dancing, and Modern Dance), and drop-in fitness classes (Aerobics, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Zumba) for you. Additional unique programs are offered: Passport to Retirement, Pickleball, Tai-Chi, and so much more!
