Enjoy!

DigiDraw (PILOT) is a new, more equitable way, of offering a randomized registration for our classes and camps! As always, we appreciate your patience with us as we work to make enrollment for our programs easier and more equitable. We are learning with you as we roll out our DigiDraw Pilot. If you are interested, please provide any feedback that you may have.

• The DigiDraw is LIVE! For Fall 2024 classes, you can add your name to the waitlist for these DigiDraw sessions July 18 through August 13. If one of the sessions listed here is one you are interested in registering for, please add the participant to the waiting list.
  
  
• Your position on the waitlist, for DigiDraw sessions, does not equal when you will be enrolled, we will be using a random number generator to select people off the waiting list.
  
  
• When the DigiDraw window closes, staff will use a random number generator to invite folks to enroll off the waitlist, at random. These invites will be sent on August 14/15.
  
  
• Participation in the DigiDraw does NOT guarantee you a spot in the class. You are not enrolled in the class until you pay.
  
  
• Participants will be notified via e-mail if they were randomly selected to enroll and will have the ability to pay the registration fee with a link sent from Enjoy! Online. This link is live for 24 hours.
  
  
• If the class fills, the remaining people from the DigiDraw waiting list will remain there. Our staff will continue to send waiting list invites if additional spots open up. If the class does not fill, the sessions will open on August 22 at 8:30 a.m. for general resident registration. 

A few notes to make sure you receive our communications:
1) Add the following email address to your safe senders list: noreply@civicplus.com
2) E-mail sender will be Enjoy! Online, City of Palo Alto (some inboxes cut this down to “Enjoy! Online, City”)
3) Please check your spam/junk folders, sometimes these messages may land there even with all the proper configurations.

The City of Palo Alto welcomes people of all abilities to enjoy our programs, classes, and events. If you or someone you know needs accommodation support to participate, please complete and submit the form below. Staff will review your information and be in touch soon to discuss your accommodation needs. Hard copy forms can also be provided, as well as an in-person meeting with staff, as needed. Accommodation Request

City of Palo Alto residents may be eligible for the Fee Reduction Program, which offers a 50% discount on program fees based on household income. City of Palo Alto employees and children of City of Palo Alto employees may also receive these discounts.

A $600 subsidy cap will be applied per eligible youth, persons with disabilities, and seniors over 60 years of age, while eligible adults will enjoy a subsidy cap of $300. Discounts are available for most Art Center, Children’s Theatre, Junior Museum and Zoo, Recreation, and Open Space programs and memberships.

Application Process

Complete application and submit required eligibility verification documentation. Supporting documents (listed below) can attached to the form, or e-mailed to enjoyonline@cityofpaloalto.org, mailed in, or dropped off at the Lucie Stern Community Center. Printed copies of the application are available at all registration sites. Discount is valid for one year. Participants must re-apply annually. Application forms will only be accepted after current discount has expired. Reductions will only be applied to future registrations.

Supporting Documents

Residency Verification (Please provide one of the following): 
- VALID (not expired) CA Drivers License or Identification Card
- City of Palo Alto Utility Bill
- Current Lease showing address
- Telephone Bill (landline)
- Proof of employment with the City of Palo Alto
- If you do not live in Palo Alto, but your child(ren)/dependents are enrolled in PAUSD, please provide proof of enrollment

 Income Eligibility (Please provide one of the following):
- Current utility bill if a participant of the Utility Rate Assistance Program 
- Current Social Services Award Letter (or Medi-Cal Card)
- PAUSD Free/Reduced Price Lunch Program documentation
- Two current pay stubs for all current earners
**If you do not have ANY of the above, please provide a copy of your previous years Tax Return (two years if self-employed)

Disability Verification (If not applying based off income eligibilty, please include one of the following):
- Letter from M.D. or licensed letter from M.D. or licensed psychologist certifying disability status
- Disability documentatoin from the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Copy of your current Social Services Award Letter
