The City of Palo Alto Utilities "My Utilities Account" (MUA) service has been upgraded to a new platform. Please log in to our new MyCPAU online account management system to pay your bill, monitor utility usage, connect with Utilities Customer Service and access other City resources.

If you have questions about your account or need assistance logging in to MyCPAU, please contact our Utilities Customer Service Call Center at or (650) 329-2161. The Call Center is staffed from 8am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-4:30pm on Fridays. 

You can also access your account balance and make an automated payment through the Utilities automated voice response system at (650) 329-2161.
