Automatic Bank Draft Payments

Simplify your life by paying your monthly City of Palo Alto Utilities (CPAU) bill directly from your checking account. Use our convenient Automatic Bank Drafting service; it's free of charge to Palo Alto residents and businesses. 
Log in or sign up at cityofpaloalto.org/gov/depts/utl/services/my_utilities_account/default.asp 
1. Enter your bank details
2. “Grant” your recurring payment
Note: Bank draft is effective immediately after your bank draft application is processed. If there is any outstanding balance on your account at the time the application is processed, the total amount will be drafted and then your account will begin the routine drafting one to five days prior to future bill due dates.
