Mayor's "Green Business Leader" Recognition Awards

Mayor Eric Filseth to Recognize Local Businesses with Green Business Leader Award for 2018 Accomplishments

Join us at the Mayor’s Green Business Leader Awards presentation on May 20. This award program recognizes property managers whose buildings earn an EPA ENERGY STAR or LEED Gold or Platinum status.

This year we will be honoring 27 buildings, representing over 2 million square feet of commercial space, which were ENERGY STAR rated in 2018. We also have six properties that became LEED Gold certified and one property that obtained the elite LEED Platinum status.

The awards ceremony will take place at the beginning of the May 20 City Council meeting.
