There are also many fun and free activities happening in the community – near and far!  Here are a few highlights of events and activities that are happening:

Kidz Love Soccer - Stuck at home? Lets get moving. We've put together some fun activities to try when you can't make it to class. Check back each week for more activities.

Code for Fun - During the Stay-At-Home and School Closure Order, Code for Fun is open online! They are offering free online introductory coding classes for kids.  Registration is open and free for both, Introduction Scratch and Python.

Learn the Art of Chinese Calligraphy
Brush up on your Chinese calligraphy skills with Art Center instructor Zhihong Yang. These online classes introduce a modern approach to the traditional art of Chinese Calligraphy to anyone who is interested in the art form and would like to learn the culture and history of Chinese Calligraphy.

Free and Family Friendly Artmaking 

The artists of the Cubberley Artist Studio Program are offering free and family friendly artmaking sessions every Sunday afternoon to the community. Each one hour Sunday session will be taught by a different artist in the CASP program using items commonly found around the house. The staff and volunteers at EV have assembled a variety of resources for teachers and parents who are working to continue their kids’ science education at home during the shelter in place period.
