About the Playhouse

With very simple sets and costumes, and lots of opportunities to get up and wiggle, this story-teller style theatre is perfect for young audience members, suggested ages two to six years old. Performances are approximately 55 minutes in length, at 10:00am and 12:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Based on a Latin American Folktale, when Liliana gets lost in the forest with the girl of her dreams, only an amiga duende - spirit friend - can help them find their way.

When you arrive at the theatre....
Audiences members may wait in the Courtyard in front of the Children's Theatre. A few minutes prior to the performance, members of the cast will gather the audience to lead everyone into the theatre together! Seating is General Admission on carpet, with some chairs for parents who prefer not to sit on the floor.These performances are held indoors.

* Magical Series - Sensory-Friendly Performances:  All performances at the Children's Theatre are open to all attendees, with any special needs.  The Playhouse Series Productions makes a great sensory-friendly experience, as production seating on the carpet is wiggle friendly, with quiet areas nearby, and the interactive nature of the production can be helpful for audience members who like to speak up :).  On Saturday, September 21st at 2pm, we will also limit the audience size, giving each audience member a little extra space.
