About Family Resources
"In a vital community you know where to turn for help - and that's what Family Resources is about" -J.W. Gardner
Do you find yourself in a situation about which you have no past experience or knowledge?
Do you lack the time to make investigations into the resources that might be helpful to you?
Does the very need to make the investigation add to the stress you already feel?
Does it seem like there is no place to turn for help?
Family Resources can help you with several approaches:
- Visit our website: www.cityofpaloalto.org/familyresources
If you would like assistance in using this website, Palo Alto's Public Libraries offer free instruction on how to navigate the web.
- Find a hard-copy resource information display around town. Desktop open-book Kiosk of selected resource information can be found in more than 30 locations in town in school offices, community centers, non-profit agency offices, faith communities and more. Staff in the location of the Kiosk can also assist you.
- You may also call Family Resources to speak with a Resource person. On the phone we can help you navigate the website, answer questions or provide clarifications and additional information; Call Family Resources at 650-329-2221.
- Visit the Family Resources Office: Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road, T2, Palo Alto
In our office you can speak to a resource person who can alleviate the stresses and frustrations of looking for resource information..
