Teen Art Classes

Based upon ongoing developments with COVID-19 and the City of Palo Alto’s commitment to keep our community safe, the Community Services Department has made the decision to cancel classes for the spring quarter. This was a difficult decision to make but out of concern for the health of our customers and the community, it is the right thing to do.

All registrants for spring classes will have their registrations cancelled and a credit placed on their account. If you would prefer a refund, please contact enjoyonline@cityofpaloalto.org or 650-463-4900 and we can assist you.

We know how important our classes and programs are to you.  Please check our website https://www.cityofpaloalto.org/gov/depts/csd/ for virtual programs anyone can participate in while we shelter in place. We are adding to this list and hope to offer more virtual options over the next few weeks.

Thank you for your understanding. As a reminder, the City of Palo Alto has a Community Support Call Center to help community members with their questions or concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact. The call center is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. can be accessed by calling (650) 272-3181. Be well and stay safe!

Help your teens develop skills in the arts, experience the power of creative expression, build confidence, and explore their interests, all in a fun and supportive environment.

We offer a variety of art classes and summer workshops for the artist in every student. Many classes are offered for every interest and skill level in a broad range of media, including traditional media such as drawing, painting, and ceramics, and new media such as digital photography and stop-motion animation.

Because classes are taught by highly trained professional artist instructors with limited group sizes, students of all ages receive individualized attention.
