Career Transitions’ self-paced program helps job seekers discover their strengths and occupational interests, explore career possibilities, create a resume, improve their chances with interview advice, find educational opportunities to develop job-related skills, connect with networking opportunities, locate job listings and apply for jobs. Portals for each aspect of the job search provide a clear way to find relevant information about industries, companies, job availability, growth potential, and professional associations. A resume preparation tool guides users through each step with simple explanations to create a finished resume. The personalized experience lets users return to Career Transitions anytime to access their saved information and continue making progress.
