Palo Alto, CA –The Palo Alto City Library is conducting a customer survey to learn about what customers think about the library services they use, their levels of satisfaction with staff assistance, the use of technology in the Library and their interest in technology related services that may be offered in the future.
The survey has two purposes:
- It is part of an ongoing multi-year evaluation designed to gauge the community impact of library service elements.
- It is one of the methods being used to collect community input for the library technology plan that is currently being developed.
The survey, which takes just several minutes to complete, can be filled out on line at www.cityofpaloalto.org/library or at any Palo Alto City Library branch through Wednesday, November 26.
