Palo Alto, CA -- Police today announced that a second suspect has been identified and arrested for the murder of Philip Lacy.

Acting on information gleaned from a "‘round-the-clock investigation," police obtained a warrant for 22 year-old Donald Robert LEE Jr., a resident of San Jose. Lee was located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on July 18. He waived extradition and was returned to Santa Clara County on July 28 and booked into jail. Lee was charged with one count of murder, and his next court date will be on Wednesday August 6, at 1 p.m., in Palo Alto.

Police are still searching for 22 year-old Otto KOLOTO, who is believed to have shot the victim, in the early morning hours of July 13, in downtown Palo Alto. Koloto is wanted on a "no-bail" arrest warrant for the murder.
A $ 10,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murder of Lacy.
