|Palo Alto Mediation Program (PAMP)
||If you or someone you know is experiencing financial hardship from COVID-19 and unable to pay rent or has received a termination notice, contact PAMP. PAMP can provide guidance on these regulations and facilitate conversations amongst tenants/landlords. PAMP also provides assistance around other types of disputes including tenant/landlord issues, neighbor, employment or business.
