Request for Major Architectural Review to Allow lots 800 and 808 San Antonio Road, to form an 0.88 acre site. The Project will be a 76 unit market rate residential building. The building is designed as a 5 story building with four levels of wood framing over a concrete podium superstructure, with two levels of subterranean parking. The Project also includes a common-use interior courtyard, as well as balconies and patios for most units. Amenity spaces for residents include a community space, a gym, and ample bicycle parking.
