Environmental Review Documents

The subject project has been assessed in accordance with the authority and criteria contained in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the State CEQA Guidelines, and the environmental regulations of the City. Specifically, this project is categorically exempt from the provision of the CEQA as it falls under a Class 1 exemption (CEQA Guidelines Section 15301) for “Existing Facilities.” The project meets the criteria for this exemption as it is involves interior and exterior alterations involving such things as exterior façade changes and electrical conveyances in an existing building with a proposed use that is permitted within the CC zone district.
