180 El Camino Real Stanford Shopping Center – 21PLN-00122 Peloton Façade & Signage Exemption

Request for Board Level Architectural Review for Peloton's new storefront façade, storefront glazing, and new signage at their new location (16B, Bldg. C - Bed Bath & Body Works) within the Stanford Shopping Center. The application includes a request for a Sign Exception for a sign that does not comply with the Master Tenant Façade & Sign (MTSF) program for the Stanford Shopping Center & the Municipal Code Sign Area Allowance.

Environmental Review Documents

The subject project has been assessed in accordance with the authority and criteria contained in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the State CEQA Guidelines, and the environmental regulations of the City. The project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with guideline section 15301 Existing Facilities Exemption as this Project is proposing new signage on the exterior of an existing building on site.
