The project includes ground floor retail and two-levels of office space. This project would also require the merging of three existing parcels. Zoning District: CC (2)(R).


Community Meeting

Meeting recording of the April 5th, 2022 community meeting regarding the proposed development at 123 Sherman Ave. This meeting was an opportunity to share comments on the proposed plans, which will go to a public hearing at a later date. Representatives from the City of Palo Alto and the applicant team were present to answer questions about the project.
