Preliminary election results provide reason for optimism that voters have approved two Palo Alto ballot measures, K and L. These measures secure long-term stable funding for community priorities, generating $16.6 million annually. Thank you, voters and all partners contributing to this major milestone!
Next steps will take shape over the next several months following certification of the election. Addressing critical community needs such as public safety, affordable housing and unhoused services, and grade separated train crossings will clearly take time, and we look forward to working with community members to most effectively use these resources for the future.
