Due to the storm advisory this week, the National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for several areas in the Bay Area, in and around recent burn areas. Due to this weather event, Santa Clara County issued a recent alert with tips and more details. For the full alert, go here.
With heavy rain forecast through Thursday as well as high wind gusts, the City will be monitoring the San Francisquito Creek and watching for minor flooding in our roadways that are prone to flooding and other issues that may occur.
