Utility Outage Impacting Customers

10:30 a.m. September 6, 2022 Power Outage Update: The cause of the recent power outage was due to a bad transformer and cable. Power has been restored to all customers.   

9:30 a.m., September 6, 2022 Update: Crews restored service to all customers at 8:54 a.m. 

7:15 a.m., September 6, 2022 Update: 13 customers remain without power. Estimated restoration time is 9 a.m. this morning.

September 5, 2022 Updates: 

There is currently a power outage for customers in the southern portion of Palo Alto. Number of customers initially impacted were 4462.

As of 1:50 a.m., crews have restored power to 4449 customers and the restoration time is four hours for those remaining without power.
