Developing Your Ally Skills 101

Developing Your Ally Skills 101 with Kanesha Baynard

What's an ally?

An ally is a person who belongs to a dominant group and consistently takes action to challenge the status quo in order to promote inclusiveness and social justice. During this interactive workshop, Kanesha will lead participants in a safe and exploratory session focused on:

  • Becoming an ally
  • Expanding your ally lexicon
  • Listening for understanding
  • Building your "disrupter" skills
  • Increasing your wellness tool

Kanesha Baynard is an author, creativity expert and productivity specialist. She founded the Bold Living Today community which helps people disrupt unfulfilling patterns through creativity.
