Author Event: A Conversation with Janisse Ray

Join us for a conversation with Janisse Ray, an American writer exploring borderlands & edges between nature & culture, landscape & story.  She has written or edited over a dozen books, beginning with Ecology of a Cracker Childhood, and has been published in more than 40 anthologies, including All We Can Save

This April, the Palo Alto City Library is launching its “Palo Alto Reads,” series, a “one book, one community” program that encourages the reading and discussion of a selected book around themes and topics relevant to our city. The book selection this year is the anthology, All We Can Save: Truth, Courage, and Solutions for the Climate Crisis, and the Library will be hosting events for all ages all month long.

Palo Alto Reads is sponsored by Gardner Capital. The Library is grateful for their generous support. Many thanks to the City departments, local agencies, organizations and businesses partnering with us.
