Overnight Closures of West, East Bayshore and US-101 in Palo Alto

The City is planning to install three prefabricated steel bridge segments across West Bayshore Road, East Bayshore Road, and Highway 101 between February 11 and February 14. The following closures and detours will be in effect overnight only.

Bike Bridge Construction: W. Bayshore Rd Closed on Oct. 7, 8 p.m. to Oct. 8, 6 a.m.

West Bayshore Road will be closed during the installation of the bridge from Wednesday, October 7 at 8 p.m. until Thursday, October 8 at 6 a.m. The following detour will be in effect during the closure: traffic in both northbound and southbound directions via E. Meadow Drive, Louis Road, and Loma Verde Avenue.

The Benjamin Lefkowitz bike/pedestrian undercrossing at Adobe Creek will once again close for safety reasons on May 18 when the Highway 101 Pedestrian Bike Bridge construction resumes.
