Public Safety Building Project The new Public Safety Building will house the Police Department, 911 Emergency Dispatch Center, the Emergency Operations Center, the Office of Emergency Services, and the administration needs of the Fire Department.

Rinconada Park Improvement Project City Council approved $1.7 million of capital improvement funding to address the current park improvement needs for the fiscal year 2020. The improvements include infrastructure, accessibility, and maintenance needs of the park.
California Avenue Garage Project The California Avenue Parking Garage is part of the 2014 Council Infrastructure Plan. The new public parking garage is located at 350 Sherman Avenue, and the new Public Safety Building (PSB) will be right next to it at 250 Sherman Avenue.
Storm Drain Pump Stations and Systems Upgrades The Corporation Way System Upgrades and Pump Station, West Bayshore Road Pump Station, and West Bayshore Road Trunk Line Improvements projects are three of the highest-priority storm drain projects identified in the City’s 2015 Storm Drain Master Plan and 3 of the 13 projects identified on the 2017 ballot measure.
