Environmental Review: A Notice of Preparation (NOP) of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was submitted to the State Clearinghouse on 11/4/22. The comment period for the NOP begins Friday, November 4, 2022 and will end on Monday, December 5, 2022. Some noticing for this project erroneously noted that an Initial Study was prepared. Instead of preparing an Initial Study to determine if an EIR is necessary, the City, as the lead agency, is choosing to prepare an EIR.
