Flexible Spending Account, administered by Navia, allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses. Day Care Flex Spending Account can be used for day care or dependent care expenses. To participate, you need to enroll each year, and you can contribute up to the annual IRS maximums. These funds are subject to the “Use-It or Lose-It” rule. This means that if you don’t use up your annual election within the plan year, your funds are non-refundable.

When does my coverage start?

Your coverage will begin on the first day of the following month in which you turn in all your paperwork. You have 30 days from the date of the life event to turn in your completed paperwork.
