Auditions FAQs

 Please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue, and sing up to 1 minute of a song (no accompaniment necessary - a cappella is fine!)

We'll be casting up to 1-2 productions at a time, from the pool of teen actors who audition at the beginning of the season. Actors will be cast based on a number of factors, and MUST be available for the full two-week rehearsal period and all performances of whatever production they are cast in. Some actors MAY be cast in more than one Playhouse Production, depending on availability and demand.

Yes! Including wearing masks, maintaining physical distances, and participating in daily wellness checks. (Please note, if ANYONE in your family is ill, we ask that your participant stays home, and that you let us know ASAP.)

Theatre for Young Audiences - Performed By Teens: With very simple sets and costumes, and lots of opportunities to get up and wiggle, this story-teller style theatre is designed for young audience members, suggested ages two to six years old.
