The City Manager’s Office provides strategic leadership and professional management to the City government organization and works with the City Council to develop and implement its policies to maintain and enhance Palo Alto’s quality of life.

PaloAlto311 is an online tool for Palo Alto residents, businesses, and visitors to report issues to the City and provides access to a set of services, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
