The Council Appointed Officers (CAO) Committee discusses items pertaining to the CAOs of Palo Alto (City Attorney, City Auditor, City Clerk, and City Manager). Topics of discussion may include direction, recruitment or evaluation of these appointed officers. Meetings are held on an as-needed basis.
