Palo Alto, CA -- The Santa Clara County District Attorney's

incident that occurred the early morning hours of May 19, 2003.
At approximately 1:00 am, a Menlo Park Police Officer stopped a
vehicle for an equipment violation. The driver had a suspended driver's
license and had outstanding traffic arrest warrants. The Menlo Park
officer saw dozens of eggs and empty egg cartons in the mini van.
It was discovered that the driver and four passengers had been driving

hours to write vandalism reports for each of the 31 vehicles and

The three victims turned in vehicle repair estimates that totaled
approximately $16,146. The investigation was turned over to the
Santa Clara District Attorneys Office for review.

of the adults. Waldemar Yuen 6-29-80 of San Jose, Mel-Anthony Layos

nuisance and clean up for the community, but more importantly about
the criminal and civil consequences.
