Palo Alto, CA -- In early April 2003, the Palo Alto Police Department received complaints from several employees of the YWCA Rape Crisis Center alleging that another employee was mismanaging grant money and stealing charitable cash donations. At the conclusion of an extensive investigation, the case was submitted to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office for review.

On today's date, the Palo Alto Police Department was notified by the District Attorneys office that they would not be filing any charges and that the case was closed.
