As a cost-saving measure, the City Clerk’s Office will no longer offer copies of videotaped City meetings for purchase. Copies may be purchased from the Midpeninsula Community Media Center, 900 San Antonio Road, Palo Alto, (650) 494-8686.

New Procedure

• The City Clerk’s Office will now have two loaner tapes for each meeting, which may be borrowed for a two-day period;
  
  
• The Main Library will also have a copy of Council meeting tapes;
  
  
• To afford the public more opportunities to view or tape meetings themselves, Council meetings are played back on Channel 26 at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays;
  
  
• Meetings of committees/boards/commissions will be played back during the day on Channel 26 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays;
  
  
• The Weekly Meetings Schedule (City of Palo Alto website) will indicate the live and replay schedule for all meetings.
