Meet Mayor Mossar at Family Day

Palo Alto, CA -- On Sunday, April 6, families will have the opportunity to try African mask making, do ceramics, make a tin foil sculpture … and meet the Mayor.

Palo Alto Mayor Dena Mossar will meet and greet residents from 2:00 - 3:00 at "Family Day" at the Palo Alto Art Center. At her first "Meet the Mayor" event, Mayor Mossar will meet one-on-one with anyone who has a question or concern. Residents can also fill out a "MayorGram" if they want a follow-up response.

"Family Day is a great event for children and I look forward to seeing old friends as well as people I haven't yet met. This is a good chance to reach out to people who may not feel a connection to City government," said Mossar. Future "Meet the Mayor" opportunities include a stop on the opening day of Farmer's Market on May 10th.
