Palo Alto, CA -- The City of Palo Alto and the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce will host their first Economic Forum of 2003 on Wednesday, March 12 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. at the Palo Alto Civic Center. The forum will focus on the state of the retail market from both a local and regional perspective.
