City to Honor Community Members as Part of Black History Month

The City of Palo Alto and Youth Community Service (YCS) are teaming up to host a Black History Month recognition ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 23 for six distinguished community members. Pastor Paul Bains, Roy Clay, Coretha and Ken Coleman, Loretta Green, and Clarence Jones will be honored at a ceremony in the City Hall Council Chambers from 5:30-6:45 p.m.
