Book Launch: The UN Association-USA: A Little Known History of Advocacy and Action

Little known outside a small community of insiders, the United Nations Association has had an impact on both the UN and the US-UN relationship far greater than its size would suggest. James Wurst explores that impact as he traces the sometimes challenged history of the UNA-USA from its earliest days to the present.

The actions of UNA members and chapters (two of which will be present)are heavily featured, including UNA-USA policy studies, human rights programs, education and advocacy activities make the book the first full documentation of the organization from its start.

Discounted copies of the book will be sold and signed by the authors. Mail orders also possible.

Light snacks will be provided.
