On July 16, 2009, San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority (JPA) staff made a presentation to local NGO representatives regarding the JPA's proposed Initial Capital Project. The meeting was held to provide information and to solicit stakeholder input on the project. Following the formal meeting, which included the PowerPoint presentation linked below, JPA staff conducted a guided tour of the lower reach of the creek between the Baylands Athletic Center and the Friendship Bridge and answered questions from the participants.
