JPA Initial Capital Project Feasibility Study Presentation

The San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority (JPA) retained Philip Williams & Associates to assess the feasibility of potential Initial Capital Projects in the watershed.  Specifically, the consultant was asked to analyze project alternatives between Highway 101 and SF Bay for hydraulic performance, and to examine the topography and hydrology of the upper watershed to identify potential upland detention opportunities.

Philip Williams & Associates representatives made a presentation to the JPA Board at their May 28 meeting in order to present their preliminary findings.  This presentation kicks off a two-month period of outreach and discussion with the governing boards of the JPA member agencies and the community regarding potential Initial Capital Projects to be pursued by the JPA.
