The City of East Palo Alto staff presented information on their Bay Access Master Plan at the February 26, 2009 meeting of the San Francisquito Creek JPA Board. The plan calls for the creation of local parks and trail segments along San Francisquito Creek and San Francisco Bay within the City of East Palo Alto.
