The City of Palo Alto began accepting payments on-line for parking citations on July 1st., 2008. The public is now able to pay for parking citations through the "Pay Parking Citations On-Line" link on the Police Department's main page.
The on-line payment process allows the public to pay with the use of a Visa or Master Card charge card only. There will be a $2.00 convenience fee per transaction. The citation payment will be reflected immediately after the credit card charge is approved.
