Reservation Process

1. Search Availability
  1. Visit our Facility Search page.
  2. In the search bar, type "field”.
  3. Once the list of fields populates, click on view availability to view available dates and times

Please note that while our facility schedule is up to date, there may be pending bookings at any point in time.

2. Submit a Request Form

Once you have searched for field availability, please submit either a Field Request Form or a Tennis Request Form  to the Fields Coordinator at least 10 business days before your requested date.

After we have processed your request form, you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Certificate of Insurance showing general liability coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 or more naming the City of Palo Alto as additional insured.
  • Payment of $100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned provided the field is free of damage, trash, etc., from your use.
  • Payment of hourly use rate which can be found on the Field Request Form.
