Stanford Medicine offers healthy living tips and classes that you can use to help improve your living style. You can find information about nutrition and physical health as well.

The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) provides a full range of primary care, medical services, and health education classes.

BOOST! Palo Alto

Want to improve your healthy habits and get more active? With BOOST!, you can have access to excellent and unique healthy fitness options in the community through BOOST! Fitness Classes. You can buy a pass to take any of the classes listed on the fitness classes calendar. Boost offers a variety of classes such as yoga, zumba, aerobics, and line dancing.



You can Canoe too!
