Foothills Summer Camps

Foothills Camps
Celebrating almost 60 years of giving youth lifelong memories, friends, and a deep love of nature! Allow your child the opportunity to fall in love with the great outdoors at popular Foothills Park. In this historic, traditional day camp your child will play on miles of trails, woodlands, fields, streams, Boronda Lake, and enjoy spectacular views of the Bay Area. Wildlife abounds! This camp is filled with tradition and will include educational hikes, engaging games, silly songs, and crafty activities. Each session includes pre and post camp, which means campers can be dropped off anytime between 7:30-9:45am and picked up anytime between 3-6pm at the Girl Scout House.

Foothills Fun (ages 5-7)

Foothills Adventure (ages 11-13)
Did you fall in love with Foothills Camp when you were younger? Do you like to explore the land, hike the trails, and sleep under the stars? Foothills Adventure is built on the same tried-and-true principles as our Foothills Day and Fun Camps, but developed specifically for older youth. Longer hikes, more sophisticated games and activities, weekly challenges... the fun doesn't end with Foothills Day anymore! An overnight on the first Thursday of the session is a must, but Foothills Adventure takes campfires and night games to another level! New this year: End each session with a splash! Swimming on the last Friday of the session! Get ready for a Foothills Adventure you won't forget! Daily transportation is provided to and from Mitchell Park Community Center.

Camp registration for residents begins on March 20th! Join us for our Annual City of Palo Alto Summer Camp Registration Fair on Saturday, March 4th to learn more about our awesome camps! Click here for more information!
