The Bidder to whom the Contract will be awarded must, at the time of bid submittal, possess a current license in the following classification issued by the California State Contractors License Board: Class C‐27 / Landscape Contractor. Bidder’s subcontractors must also be properly licensed.
The City of Palo Alto is seeking bids to provide overhead construction services on the City’s electric distribution system by qualified firm(s). The firm selected will be asked to provide one four-man crew to be used on a regular basis to assist with construction and operating activities on the City’s 12kV and 4kV electric distribution system. Additional crews will be requested on an as-needed basis by the City’s Electric Operations Division for a period of twelve (12) months, with an option for the City to extend the term for two additional 12-month periods, for a total of three years.

American Institute of Architects California Council will be managing a design competition in coordination with the City of Palo Alto.
Design Team Minimum Qualifications
• 1 bridge completed within the last decade
• design teams will have a licensed architect, licensed landscape architect and a licensed engineer
• design teams shall comply with Design Guidelines (provided by City)
Design teams will not be interviewed, the jury will review written materials only.
Design teams do not need to be invited, all teams that meet minimum requirements are encouraged to submit qualifications.

The City of Palo Alto’s Public Art Program is seeking proposals from Consultants, Consultant Teams and Qualified firms with demonstrated experience in public art master planning to develop the first Public Art Master Plan for the City of Palo Alto, California. The Master Plan will provide direction to the Public Art Program Staff, the Public Art Commission, and the City Council on the planning and processes necessary to further develop, administer and maintain a dynamic public art program in the City of Palo Alto. The selected Consultant will work collaboratively with the City Staff and the Public Art Commission to ensure broad public outreach and involvement in the development of the Master Plan.

The City of Palo Alto, Department of Public Works Environmental Services Division is seeking proposals for professional services for the design and environmental consulting services for the sludge dewatering and loadout facility. The consultant shall size, design, and develop specifications including those for ancillary equipment. Consultant shall prepare bid documents for procurement. Consultant shall prepare for permitting, including city permits and the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) documentation, for a complete operational sewage sludge dewatering system and load out facility (The Project) at the Palo Alto Regional Water Quality Plant.
