Public Education and the Regional Water Quality Control Plant
The Regional Water Quality Control Plant (RWQCP) community education programs focus on prevention of pollution that results from the activities of the more than 200,000 residents of the communities that are served by the plant. The Environmental Compliance Division of Public Works provides a variety of educational programs that have been designed to address specific issues relevant to residents and businesses.
