Scope: The work to be performed under the contract is for the replacement of approximately 17,200 linear feet of new sanitary sewer mains of various sizes, 65 sewer manholes, and 404 sewer service laterals. The new main sizes range from 8” to 12” in diameter. Installations of the new mains are primarily done by pipebursting. The project is primarily located in the northern Barron Park area. Please review the attached map for the specific project locations.

Project Schedule: April 1, 2009 through February 2010. The project is approximately 10 months or 330 calendar days. Weather delays may impact this schedule. In general, work is scheduled to start on Chimalus and proceed south. Work immediately adjacent to Barron Park Elementary School will be scheduled during the summer.
Working Hours: Work typically will be performed Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
