10-year Electric Energy Efficiency Plan (2010). Palo Alto has a 10-year cumulative electric energy efficiency savings goal of 7.2% between 2011 and 2020.

10-year Natural Gas Energy Efficiency Plan (2011).  Palo Alto has a 10-year cumulative natural gas efficiency savings goal of 5.5% between 2011 and 2020.
