My Utilities Account is currently unavailable while we complete upgrades to the system that will allow us to offer you enhanced services like paperless billing and online bill pay.  Throughout May and early June we ran a beta test with a limited group of customers.  That beta test is now closed to new registrations.  However, already registered beta testers may continue to use the site by visiting https://myutilitiesaccount.cityofpaloalto.org

We apologize for any inconvenience this service interruption causes you.  While we would prefer to keep both the old My Utilities Account and the upgraded version running at the same time, overcoming issues with software compatibility would have been prohibitively costly.
